With a dedicated team of current and ex elite level athletes we know first hand what it takes to win. We can provide you with the tools you need so that you don’t waste endless hours in the gym. With us you will be training smart with a structured program, nutrition plan etc etc and at a fraction of the cost of a strength and conditioning coach or personal trainer. We specialize in working with athletes and providing them with performance based strength and conditioning programs.

Tom Richmond

Tom Richmond

Tom began as a swimmer and went on to captain the youth and junior Great Britain water polo team for five years. Since then he has coached, trained and played alongside Olympic athletes. Tom has an in-depth understanding of human biology, and he is now a personal trainer and sports conditioning instructor whose knowledge through experience greatly outweighs his long list of official qualifications.

Oliver Lee

Oliver Lee

Ollie’s sporting success began in water polo alongside Tom. These days he spends more time on the water as a GB standard rower. He has previously been awarded two golds and a bronze medal at the Junior European Rowing Championships and has competed for Great Britain at the U23 World Rowing Championships. Ollie’s determination is second to none and he is keen to inspire and motivate people around him to fulfil their potential.

Hugh Gallie

Hugh is a full time professional athlete as part of the Great British Rowing Development Squad and currently holds the title of Lightweight Universities World Champion. Hugh’s first hand insight into the world of competitive sport, coupled with his extensive fitness knowledge, means he is more than well equipped to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Greg Pearson

Greg Pearson

Having previously spent four years with Huddersfield Town FC, playing a key role in promoting the team into the Championship, Greg went on to play semi-professional football for Ilkeston FC before moving to Ashton United where he has been for the last two seasons. Greg’s experience in the world of professional football has given him an in-depth understanding of team dynamics and a solid foundation of fitness knowledge, enabling him to get the most out of both teams and individuals alike.
